Rates & Fees

Weekly tuition rates vary based on age and the Academy location.*

Important company-wide fees are below:

The annual Registration Fee is $150.00 per family.

Summer In-House Activity Fees range is $100.00 per student (Total for June & July).

The late tuition payment fee is $25.00 per week. (Payment is due each Monday; late fees are applied at closing on Tuesdays.)

The reservation fee is half of your normal weekly tuition. (If your child is absent for the full week).

SC Voucher families are responsible for the difference in tuition cost.

*All tuition, registration, and reservation payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Our company-wide family benefits with enrollment:

All USDA-approved, prepared meals are included. 

50% Discounted tuition credit when your child is absent the entire week. (No annual limits)

One free vacation week per year after one year of consecutive enrollment (absent the full week).

One free week of tuition, for one child, for every family referral after three full weeks of the referred family enrollment.

Tuition charges and reservation fees are waived the week of Christmas (the Academy will be closed the entire week).

Access to the online Parent Portal in which tuition payments are made, print financial statements, and view visible child’s activities within your account.
