From childhood, she envisioned herself as a teacher, often roleplaying the very career she now thrives in. As a dedicated South Carolina educator, she has worked in both early childhood settings and public schools, advocating for children from all backgrounds and inspiring them to embrace the joys of lifelong learning.

Her educational journey began at Columbia College, where she earned her Bachelor's degree, and she recently achieved her Master’s degree in Education from Grand Canyon University. Now serving as the Academy Director at the Lexington location, Ms. Cierra is committed to fostering a nurturing, engaging, and purposeful learning environment for every child.
