Watching my mother mold young minds while I was young was always impressive to me. As I was growing up, my ambition has always been to be able to make a difference in someone’s life. Working in Early Childhood provided me with the perfect opportunity, being able to meet a young child and knowing that something you have done to mold their future is really rewarding.

Working in Early Childhood provided me with the perfect opportunity, being able to meet a young child and knowing that something you have done to mold their future is really rewarding. Working in Early Childhood for the past 12 years has given me the opportunity to become a lifelong learner. I currently have a degree in Early Childhood Education, Organizational Leadership and Administrative Office. My philosophy working with children has always been “everyone learns differently and we have to meet the children where they are to teach them”.
